RETURN POLICY

All sales are considered final.

When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available.
If you would like to address a concern with an order you have received, please contact us via our contact page or within 3 business days of order’s delivery date from the tracking system used.

BUYING VINTAGE
We do our absolute best to describe and photograph the vintage clothes on our website as you would see them in person. If you ever have questions about color, sizing, fit about any of our garments we are more than happy to assist you. Remember when buying vintage you are purchasing an item that is often 20 years old or older! Please understand that these items have been perviously worn, preloved, and will show some signs of age. Please review the product description AND photos to learn about an items condition. While we may not be able to describe EVERY flaw of an item, it should be evident in the product photos if not mentioned in the description. Although we do our best to be as accurate and test items for materials use, we at 611 Hyde Vintage are simply collectors and not licensed jewelers, appraisers, nor gemologists. All jewelry is tested using GT Express or HDE Testers, and all items are researched extensively ourselves.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Deliveries are generally shipped out via USPS GROUND on Mondays and Fridays, or by end of week on weekdays. Sometimes there is a delay with USPS that is out of our control, and products are not refundable due to shipping delays. Fees for rush shipping are not refundable. BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are considered final. A return or exchange may only be accepted if an item arrives not as described, and/or different from the listed photos, or if approved case by case by the seller. If such a circumstance arises, we ask that customers contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item, otherwise we cannot accept the return/exchange. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer is also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of 611 Hyde Vintage (ie Paypal/credit card fees).
